WHERE DO I PARK?

Convenient, onsite parking is located behind the salon! We ask that you please do not park in the three spots marked as “Stay Duvet guest parking”. Otherwise, any other spot is available for your use!

WHAT ’ S YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

Time is valuable! We require a credit card on file to confirm all appointments. No shows or cancellations within 24hrs of the booked appointment will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service. If you’ve been exposed to someone who has tested positive with Covid-19 or you are experiencing symptoms of Covid-19, please call to reschedule with no penalty.

ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED?

Children are welcome with a scheduled hair service. Otherwise, we ask that you please arrive at your scheduled appointment unaccompanied by others.

ARE PETS ALLOWED?

Pets are not allowed. Please call ahead regarding documented service animals.

HOW DO I KNOW WHAT PRODUCTS
TO USE ON MY HAIR?

Easy! Book a service (or consultation) and your stylist will prescribe you a tailored hair care routine to best fit your needs. We proudly use R+CoandR+Co Bleu products.

HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SERVICE TO BOOK?

If you’re unsure, give us a call! We can start with a phone consultation and if needed, schedule an in-person consultation with one of our talented stylists. We’re here to help you meet your hair goals!

WHAT IF I ALREADY HAVE EXTENSIONS INSTALLED
AND I WANT TO BOOK A COLOR SERVICE?

We have specific stylists who specialize in clients with extensions! Please just notify us that you have existing extensions and we’ll be sure to book your
appointment accordingly.

WHY DO I HAVE TO PROVIDE A CREDIT CARD NUMBER WHEN BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT?

We value your time, and we also value our stylist’s time! A cancellation within 24hr of a booked appointment or a no show often means a large gap in your stylist’s schedule. A credit card on file allows us to enforce our cancellation policy and compensate our team a portion of their time. Please note that cancellations due to Covid-19 (or any other emergencies) will not be penalized – just reach out!

WHAT ’ S YOUR COVID-19 POLICY?

Our priority is the safety of our clients and team. We require clients and staff to wear masks at all times, and temperatures are taken upon arrival. We encourage you to wait in your car or on the front porch until your stylist is available. We also have socially distanced seating available in the salon. We appreciate your cooperation and we look forward to the day when we can fully see everyone’s gorgeous face!

Am I allowed to record or document my service?

ABSOLUTELY! We love to see your content.
We even have a selfie wall to show off your gorgeous “after”!
